The Indian electric two-wheeler producer Joy E-bike operates under the backing of WardWizard Innovations & Mobility. When the company initiated operations in Gujarat its main purpose was to ease bicycle transportation for users. Joy E-bike understood the escalating pollution problem in the market so it created a solution.
Growth and Recognition:
The manufacturer Joy E-bike now operates as one of India’s prime brands producing electric two-wheelers. August 2021 represented an extraordinary period for the company when it achieved a monumental increase of 435% for delivering more than 2,000 electric scooters and motorcycles. The sales figures of Joy E-bike in India exceeded 1 lakh electric vehicle units by 2024. The company provided its customers with free insurance on their purchases at any authorized dealership within the offered time period from March 31, 2024.
Awards and Expansion:
The Executive Director of Gujarat Shri Vijay Rupani presented Joy E-bike with the “Leading E-Bike Manufacturer Award – 2019, By Pride of Gujarat – News 18 Gujarati, Ahmedabad.” Joy E-bike earned the recognition of best brand according to the Economic Times during 2020. The company improved its production scale with an OEM Plant in Vadodara which enables other electric vehicle manufacturers to work together.
Product Portfolio:
Under its Joy e-bike brand label Wardwizard produces and markets 10 bike models which span both high-speed and slow-paced variants. The company started with electric bicycle production before introducing its first low-speed electric scooter Butterfly during 2018. Joy E-bike launched two new electric motorcycles into their product line called Beast and Thunderbolt. Among electric motorcycles on the market today the Thunderbolt positions as one of the most expensive riding options. During the exhibition Wardwizard displayed its first concept model of a hydro-generated electric two-wheeler along with the brand named ‘Joy eRik’ electric three-wheeler.
