2025: The Year of New Wheels! Exciting Car Launches Hitting India

Automotive market comprises a great many promises for the year 2025 upon launching new cars in India. Approximately 73 different models of vehicles will be produced starting from the SUVs, sporty convertibles, family sedans, and compact hatchbacks. Some of these cars will be here very soon; within the next three months to be precise.

Hot New Cars to Watch For:

  • Maruti Suzuki e Vitara: This is an electric SUV produced by Maruti The price range for this product should be Rs 20 to 25 lakhs. Look for it around March 1, 2025.
  • MG Cyberster: A stylish electric sports car produced by an MG which will most probably cost between ₹60 to 70 Lakh and might be launched in April 16, 2025.
  • MG Majestor: Another MG, it is once again an MG but a larger vehicle like an SUV/MPV hoping to price around ₹40 – 45 lakh with a possible launch in February 2025.
  • Tata Sierra: Tata has announced that it will revive the Sierra, which is expected to be a 5-door SUV with the price range of Rs. 20 to 25 lakh coming roughly in November 2019.
  • Audi RS Q8: A highly powerful and luxurious body on wheels from Audi priced at approximately Rs. 2.30 Crore, to be launched tentatively on February 17, 2025.

Other Important Cars:

  • Kia Syros: Kia is yet in under construction car model with lowered expectation of costing ₹9.00 Lakh.
  • Renault New Duster: It is a more focused version of on-going Duster SUV which may be priced between 10-15 lakhs and may launch around June 17, 2025.
  • Volvo XC90 2025: the standalone newest model of XC90 SUV from Volvo comes for an estimated price of around INR 1.05 Cr expected to launch around next year specifically in march 4, 2025.
  • Audi Q6 e-tron: Company’s Electric SUV, could cost around 1 crore INR and may be launched in the Indian market around March, 15th 2025.

What Kind of Cars Are Coming?

  • SUVs: The most popular type! Expect around 51 new SUVs.
  • Cars: Three are in the Offing for lovers of those cars that you can fold back to create an open-air feel of the vehicle.
  • Sedans: Standard four-door family cars with an approximate number of seven new models.
  • MUVs: Larger vehicles for families, with four on the way.
  • Hatchbacks: Small-sized vehicles suitable for use in cities; there should be about five new entries.

Most of these new cars will indeed be electric (EVs) which include the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara and Tata Sierra EVs. This indicates that electric cars are now gaining the required popularity in India.
